 Even though inside the apartments you will find everything you need to cook, under request you may ask for breakfast, in the bar area or outside (it depends on the weather conditions). This meal includes: 2 types of juices, cold milk, 3 different cereals, croissant, some times cakes from the local bakery, nutella, jam, yogurt, cappuccino, tea and cocoa with milk. |
 There are also communal laundry/iron facilities and the reception is open from 8,30 am to 6 pm, even though the guests can reach the managers by phone until midnight. The swimming pool (measuring 16 m. x 8 m.) is open from the first days of May to the first days of October. There is also a stable for horse riding, and an equestrian guide runs it. Finally, bear in mind that the residence is closed between January 15th and February 15th. |

 The medieval center of San Quirico D'Orcia is placed only 700 metres from the farmhouse, and from the nearest railway stations, Buonconvento (20 km) and Chiusi-Chianciano Terme (40 km), you may reach other destinations, such as Siena, placed 35 kilometres away. Montalcino is only 10 kms away and some thermal centres are also close by: Bagno Vignoni is 4 kms from the inn and Bagni San Filippo, 15 kms far. |
