Residenza Il Poggiolo is a historical building made up of a ground floor, a first floor and a second floor; there is no elevator, due to the ancient foundations, therefore you must take into account that many of the chambers are only accessible through stairs. |
 You may choose the one flat rooms "L'Ogliaia" or "Il Fienile", with a king size bed and measuring approx. 40 m2, or the another, with an extra single bed, called "Il Granaio", (also 40 m2). Then, "Casa Del Gatta" and "Casa Dell'Oste" (approx. 45 m2) have a living room and a bed room with a king size bed; "Casa Liberty" (approx. 48 m2), the same conditions but with an extra comfortable sofa for a child. |
 Some larger units are "Casa La Torre", made up of a living room, a bed room with king size bed and a single bed located in a open area between the living room and the bed room (approx. 70 m2); "Casa Micciola" features a living room, a bed room with king size bed and a single bed room (approx. 65 m2); "Casa Rossa" comprises a living room, a twin-bedded bedroom and a single one (approx. 80 m2); "Casa Del Fattore", a bedroom with a king size bed and a twin-bedded bedroom (approx. 80 m2); and finally, "Casa S. Antonio", with two bedrooms with king size beds. (approx. 80 m2). |
 From the apartments you will admire the view on the surrounding countryside: hills, Montalcino and San Quirico D'Orcia. As for the equipment inside each chamber, there is private bathroom with shower, kitchen with cooking facilities, a fridge and TV. You should also bear in mind that the king size beds can not be divided except that of "Casa Del Gatto". |
