    All accommodations, Check In from 8am until 10pm, Check Out before 11am.

    The price is per room.

    The building have has ground floor and first floor without elevator.

    Linens and towels are provide by the property.

    Yes, the apartments have a terrace but the rooms do not have.

    No, they do not.

    Yes, all rooms are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, all rooms have TV with satellite channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is a telephone at the reception.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, in every room there is air conditioning without extra charge and the service is seasonal.

    No, there is not, but if you book an apartment you will have your own dining room.

    Yes, there are grocery stores and the closest one is 200 metres far from the property.

    Yes, we are surrounded by vineyards.
  • How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
    Florence is 12 km away, Siena is 50 km away, Pisa is 80 km away.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    We are in Impruneta, the beginning village of Chianti countryside.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Florence Airport, 20km, 20 minutes driving.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, on request we can arrange a pick-up service for our guests.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus stop is 200 metres from the property of bus Cap autolinee. It is the first stop coming from Florence to Impruneta.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is Firenze Santa maria Novella, 13km far from the property.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
