• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am.

  The price is per apartment.

  The breakfast is not included in the price.

  The heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors in the building. There isn't the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the apartments are very quite with a romantic view on the countryside or on the village.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towel are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some apartments have a terrace or a balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some apartments have a terrace or a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In each apartment there is a sat tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the apartments are provided with air-conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Each apartment as a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have no internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is. Usually is open from the end of may till September (it depends on the weather).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a car parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in the nearest cities (as Siena and Chiusi).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a small shop in Scrofiano and a lot of supermarkets in Sinalunga.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are. We are in the Chianti area.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Siena: 45 Km; Florence:100 Km.; Pisa: 185 Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Sinalunga is the nearest toen.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence is the closest town.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have a pick-up service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Sinalunga train station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sinalunga is the nearest train station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, off course pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, we cannot connect the modem in the room.
