• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All prices are per room or apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Italian Breakfast is included in the price. In summer it will be served in our garden, during winter in an ancient café nearby.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors with no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Towels and linens are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only the suite with 4 beds.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in the rooms but without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in the rooms and it is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, at the reception desk.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a free parking at approximately 400 mt from our B&B, otherwise a pay-to-park garage is available. Please ask the reception desk for fees.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Please ask the reception desk for information.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is at 65 km, Pisa 20 Km and Siena is at 130 Km.
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport is at 30 Km. Florence Amerigo Vespucci International Airport is at 85 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have our pick up service for guests to and from Pisa airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazzale Verdi.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Lucca railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
