Cancellation policy: reservation can be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before arrival date.Cancellation must be notified by Internet through Venere.com or by email/fax reporting reservation code. After that time (late cancellation), hotel will check credit card charging amount of first night, and in case of no billing authorization, reservation will be automatically cancelled. In case of no show room will be kept only for one night, then it will be released.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
