 The property can be found 5 kilometres from the sea of Talamone, near a complex of famous thermal pools in the area known as Terme dell`Osa. You may also travel to other destinies worth visiting in the Maremma region, such as Grossetto, considered capital to this area in western Italy, and Castiglione della Pescaia. In Talamone, located 3 kilometres away, there are fantastic beaches and a beautiful yatch harbour. |
Residence La Venecca comprises 30 apartments, with varying capacities, either for 2, 3 or 4 persons. Most of the units include a kitchen, but in case you may not feel like cooking during your holidays, there is a bar that opens till eight in the evening serving snacks and drinks. |
 The property covers one hectare of land within a completely natural environment: it was built anew in 2005 and is made up of four buildings placed around a swimming pool and a parking lot. In addition to this, some of the apartments on the ground floor feature small open spaces outdoors, while those on the upper levels have little terraces from where you will enjoy the surroundings. |
