• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast buffet is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors and we don't have an elevator in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have all quiet, romantic and private room.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide linen and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There aren't terrace and the garden of the residence is in common.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a Tv in the apartments but there aren't international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in every apartment. There is no additional cost. Air conditionning for summer and heating for the winter time.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No. Yes, there is.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  It's open form April to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Orbetello (GR).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Fonteblanda (GR).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 180 km
  Siena: 100 km
  Pisa: 190 km
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Fonteblanda and Talamone.

  Roma Fiumicino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
