 Residence La Venecca is situated directly outside the village of Fonteblanda, approximately 5 km from the sea of Talamone Maremma Tuscany. The holiday village is composed of 32 holiday apartments of different size, subdivided over 4 new buildings, surrounded by a park with parking and a huge swimming pool. All apartments have been tastefully furnished and are equipped with all mods and cons such as completely equipped kitchen (electric oven, fridge, small freezer, Italian moka, pots, cutlery etc.), TV, air conditioning, heating. |
 The apartments on the ground floor usually have a small outside space with table and chairs. Some of the accommodations on the upper floors have also in front of the entrance a small terrace. Otherwise there is the possibility to make use of the small building next to the pool equipped with tables and chairs. |
 Apartment (2+1)
Residence La Venecca - Apartment without kitchen. This apartment is the only one without kitchen and therefore ideal for those who prefer to enjoy dolce far niente, enjoying in the morning the breakfast buffet and in the evening discovering the numerous restaurants of the area. This apartment is situated on the ground floor and composed as follows: small studio with minibar, sofa bed for 1 persona, double room with pool/garden view, bath with shower. |
 1-roomed flat (2+1)
Residence La Venecca - Example of a 1-roomed flat. Il monolocale is a big room with korner/kick composed by: entrance, cooking-/dining area sleeping (double bed) and dining area are divided through a wall bath with shower. There is the possibility to add a cot or to make use of the chair-bed (1 person).
2-roomed flat (2+1)
Residence La Venecca - Example of a 2-roomed flat. There are two different types of 2-roomed flats. One, the smaller one is composed as follows:
small kitchen/dining room, small corridor, spacious double room with the possibility to add an extra bed, bath with shower. |
 2-roomed flat (2+2)
Residence La Venecca - Example of a 2-roomed flat. The other type of 2-roomed flats is quite similar to the 1-roomed flat. It offers space for two up to four people and is composed as follows: entrance, cooking-/dining arealiving area (double sofa bed) and dining area are divided through a wall bath with shower and bedroom.
3-roomed flat (5+1)
Residence La Venecca - Example of a 3-roomed flat. Also the three-roomed flats have two different types, offering space for 4/5 people and are composed as follows: spacious living-/dining room with sofa bed and kitchen corner, room with double sofa bed, two double room, bath with shower. |
