• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price per week per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Depends on apartment maximum 2 floors no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes in each apartment.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide linens(once a week) and towels per person once a week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each apartment has a courtyard with an eating table outside.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  TV upon request if available, no satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning but fan upon request if available.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No however there is space outside to dine together.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes in the reception upon request when receptionist is present.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes from the 1st of May until the 30th of September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes private parking for each apartment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Arezzo 14km from the residence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes many closest 3 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes we are located near the Chianti area.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 90 Km, Siena 63 Km, Pisa 190 Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Village Vitiano 500 meters, town Castiglion Fiorentino 3 Km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence and Perugia.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Vitiano 650 meters from residence.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Castiglion Fiorentino, Arezzo, or Terontola.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, only outdoor swimming pool.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but many close by.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
