• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  In the price breakfast is included, you can find cereals, croissants, our chef tarts, yoghurt, fruit jams, genuine honey, fresh fruits, cheese, choice sliced salami and a careful selection of deliciousnesses taken from wholesome products and local organic farming.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, German, Spanish, Arabian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  You can find ground floor and first floor reachable by steps or by elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are very quiet and soundproof rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have free internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have parking and a garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can rent the car for you otherwise we can call the car rental at the Airport.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  One hour from Florence, two hours from Siena.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa Aeroporto "Galileo Galilei".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes at your disposal.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Cisanello.
• Which is the nearest railway station?

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
