• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm (in case of an arrival after 7 p.m. please advise the Relais' Reception) Check-out: before 10.00 am
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per Accommodation.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No. Breakfast is an extra cost of 10.00 EUR per guest per day.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  A confirmatory deposit is required at the moment of your reservation, the final bill will be issued upon departure time.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, Potuguese and German.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All accommodations are romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens are supplied by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Referring to the apartments it depends on availability, several have courtyards or direct exits to the garden areas. All villas have private courtyard or garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, phone with direct line and for the reception calls. There are also plugs for internet connections.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, using the breakfast room or the barbecue gardens.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there's one big common pool area with a beach and two private pools for the private villas.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Upon arrival in Florence at the airport or very close to the railway station. The reception of the Relais can make car/taxi reservation for our guests.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Impruneta 5 minutes on foot
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, the property is situated just in a vinery within a beautiful and typical Chianti valley
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 10 km (approx. 15 min. by car or 25 min. by public means), Siena approx. 40 min. by car and Pisa approx. 1 hour by car.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Florence, 10 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence FLR, 14 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
