At the time of booking client's credit card will be charged with a 20% deposit which will be detracted from the final bill at check-out time. - 15 days prior to the guests check-in date: 40% cancellation fee on entire stay; - From 14 to 9 days prior to the guests check-in date: 70% cancellation fee on entire stay; - From 8 to 0 days prior to the guests check-in date:100% cancellation fee on the stay; - No show or cancellation on site: 100% cancellation fee on the stay;
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 480 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
