 Halfway between Florence and Siena, the Relais Vignale is located in the heart of the Chianti Classico region. It enjoys beautiful views of the Chianti hills though just outside the medieval and charming town of Radda. Relais Vignale used to be the manor house of a large wine estate. The reastauration has respected the ancient architectural features and is complemented by both antique furniture and modern facilities. |
 The lounges overlooking the countryside offer privacy in a cosy and refined atmosphere with the big fireplace used during the chilly evenings. All rooms are equipped with heating and air-conditioning, satellite television, telephone, hairdryer in bathroom. The suites which have either a terrace or a loggia and Jacuzzi overlook the beautiful countryside. We offer 30 rooms, different in views and size, are in the main building while 10 rooms overlooking the valley are located in the annexe across the street. |
The outdoor swimmingpool is ideally positioned to the south with stunning views. It is heated during spring and autumn. The same position is enjoyed by the wisteria and jasmine covered terrace where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in summertime. |
While staying at the Vignale one can enjoy walking up and down the hills, visit some of the Chianti Classico wineries, the medieval hamlets like Volpaia and Vertine, and of course the towns of Siena, San Gimignano and Florence which are located within the distance of 50 km. |
