• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast buffet is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you wish.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors with elevator to first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, overlooking the unspoilt countryside or suites with a romantic loggia.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  2 suites have a loggia, 2 other suites a large terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Few rooms in the attic have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is satellite television in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, an outdoor and heated swimming pool open from April to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private Hotel parking is available, no garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Florence or Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Within walking distance.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, many Chianti Classico producers.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 1 hour driving, Siena 40 minutes and Pisa 2 hours.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castellina at 15 minutes.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In the village, within walking distance from the Hotel for connections to Siena and Florence (very few).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Siena.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small ones.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  A Tavern/Winebar. The main Restaurant is located 200 meters from the Hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
