By Train: Take either an IC or an ES train to Florence. Once in Florence take a local train ("regionale" or "diretto") to Castiglion Fiorentino. At Castiglion Fiorentino Rail Station take a taxi to Relais San Pietro in Polvano.
By Car: Take the A1 motorway, which connects Rome to Milan. Leave the motorway at the exit for Monte San Savino, 80 Kms South of Florence, then follow directions for Castiglion Fiorentino. Once you get to Castiglion Fiorentino turn left at the third traffic light following signs for Polvano. Turn left after 7Kms following signs for Polvano and Relais San Pietro in Polvano. After 500m you will see Relais San Pietro on your left. |
