• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.30 pm. to 08.00 pm.
  Check-out: within 12.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, the bill has to be settled at the check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The rooms are on the first floor and on the ground floor and there is not elevator (lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and romantic.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  In all the rooms there are windows. We have a very beautiful terrace on the ground floor, for all the guests, with a wonderful view on the valley.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  In all the rooms there are windows. Not Balcony.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Our Hotel wish to offer a quiet and romantic atmosphere to all the Guests and for this reason there is not TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is direct line telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in the Suites and in the Double Rooms De Luxe. There are fans (Ventilators)in the other rooms. There is not extra charge to pay. The air conditioning and the fans are always available.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is the Swimming Pool and it is every day open from 9.30 am. to 7.30 pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Castiglion Fiorentino, 6 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes. We are at about 50 km. from the
  Chianti-Montepulciano and Montalcino Area.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 80 km, Siena 70 km and Pisa 180 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castiglion Fiorentino, 6 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport is at about 80 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Castiglion Fiorentino at 6 km.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
