  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included and it is a rich Buffet Breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception are spoken the follow languages: french, english, german and spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors in the building andand we have two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are all quiet, private and very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of our rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms such as Suites, are provided of Balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have non smoking rooms which are all on one of our floors where you don't find moquette.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Of course there are TVs and satellite TV in our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in all the rooms and in the whole Hotel as well, and it is included in our prices.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, You can connect in all the room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking and garages are both available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We offer you special rates for renting a car obviously on request.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence, 75 km; Siena 110 km; Pisa 0 km because we are in the heart of the historical centre of Pisa.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa Airport, 3.5 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Of course we have pick up or shuttle service from and to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is at less than 500 metres.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Parking and garages are both available.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have only Jacuzzi in some of our rooms.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome if they are of a very small size and on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The restaurant is on request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Each room is provided of internet and e-mail plug.
