• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a buffet breakfast is included and you can choose some home made products.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  the property is situated at the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are very quiet and romantic with fireplace.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, they do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have 5 rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

• Where can we rent a car?
  In Chiusi.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are and we can organise wine tasting at extra charge.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is at about 1,30 hour by car and Siena is 1 hour.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Montepulciano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have a transfer from/to the airport, at extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  San Biagio.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chiusi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is the Jacuzzi in the bathroom and fitness facilities near the pool.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can at extra charge.
