The nice view which surrounds the villa will surely surprise the guests for its beauty. Indeed, in front of Il Trebbiolo Relais Hotel one can see the beautiful valley with the Madonna del Sasso monastery, the ancient village of S. Brigida, the Trebbio castle and the magnificent San Martino a Lobaco old church. Moreover, close to the villa guests can visit the native house of Beatrice's Dante, or walk up to the various farms and villas located nearby. |

By Car:
- From Milano-Bologna, see indications point 5.
- From Roma: Exit Firenze Sud, see indications point 4.+ 2.
- From Pisa-Lucca: A11 Firenze, following for "Centro", see indications point 1.+ 2.
- From Siena: Exit Certosa, see indications underneath, see indications point 3.
- From Airport of FLorence: Following for "Centro", see indications point 1.+ 2.
1. Going first towards the centre of Florence (see sign with a circle) and follow indications for the ring road "Viali Cinrconvallazione". Arriving at a kind of castle on your left, turn right in the big road with 6 lanes. Afterwards follow the indication for Fiesole. Point 2.
2. Once in Fiesole you remain on the main road SP 54 going uphills towards Olmo/Borgo S.Lorenzo and after 7 km turn right at the indication to Monteloro, the name of the road is Via Catena. (There is another sign for Monteloro before this one, but its much longer! Don't take it.) Keep going for another 1 and a half kilometres and at your left you will find a yellow sign saying "Villa Il Trebbiolo", after a few minutes you will arrive in our parking.
3. You take for the centre of Florence (see sign with a circle). You arrive at a traffic light where you have to turn right obligatorily. At the second traffic light you continue straight ahead towards Piazzale Michelangelo. Afterwards the street goes downhill and you reach a bridge over the river Arno. You cross the river and turn right going along the river. At the next traffic light you turn left into Via del Campofiore following indications of Fiesole. At the end of the street you have a big roundabout and turn left in Viale Righi, at the end of this one you turn right to Fiesole. Once in Fiesole, please follow indications under point 2.
4. You leave the highway and head for Firenze on a kind of elevated road, and at its end you find a traffic light and the indication Fiesole on the right. You turn right and nearly immediately left, following Fiesole. Where this road finishes, you turn right, and again where the road finishes, you find a roundabout where you turn left into Viale Righi, following for Fiesole. At the end of that road you turn right and follow the road uphills into the village of Fiesole. Please follow then indications under point 2.
5. Coming from the Highway A1, before reaching Florence, leave the highway at the exit of Barberino del Mugello and follow the signs for San Piero a Sieve or/and Borgo S.Lorenzo. From San Piero a Sieve take Via Bolognese in direction of Firenze until Pratolino. Just at the beginning of the village you will find on the left several indications. You have to turn left following for Olmo. You arrive at a crossroad in the countryside and take for Fiesole SP 54. After 1 KM you turn left towards Monteloro in Via Catena. Please look at point 2.
6. From Borgo S.Lorenzo, take Via Faentina in direction of Florence, following Vetta delle Croci (satellite), then Fiesole SP 54, reaching the crossroad near Olmo, then follow the instructions under point 5.
7. Coming from Pontassieve, keep going on towards Florence to Le Sieci, at the third traffic light turn right in direction of Molin del Piano. You pass Santa Brigida and follow the signs for Olmo. At a big crossroad, turn left towards Fiesole SP54. Please look at point 5. |
