• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

  The price is per room.

  Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and we do not have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dial telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditioning/heating is available and it is included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, in the living room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is and it is open from 15th May to 15th October.

  Yes, there is a parking.

  You can rent a car in Arezzo.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a grocery store at about 700 mt.

  Florence 90 km, Siena 90 Km, Pisa 170 km.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.

  In Suites, there are available Jacuzzi.

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can but only in some rooms.
