• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 8pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the rooms price. We can serve breakfast in the suite for an extra on request.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as preferred.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, french and german.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 2 floors without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All accomodation are quiet and private. Some room are especially romantic with view on the sky, or deluxe furniture and linen.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Lines and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Apartments have a little courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite tv in every accomodation.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditioning is in every accomodation from may to september and is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is. It's open in summer from half may to half september.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Lucca there are the main rent car's agencies.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a large supermarkets in the nearest village at 4 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we are surrounded by vineyards.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is far 67 km, Siena 130,00 km, Pisa 40 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Capannori at 4 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Pisa at 45 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Only on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is on the main road at 2,5 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Lucca at 10 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a small "private suite spa" for 2 people with Jacuzzi, sauna and waterfall shower.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome in suites. Not in bedrooms.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a "gourmet" restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
