• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in after 4 pm. Check out before 9:30 am.
  If one arrives earlier than 4:00 pm can leave the luggages and wait at the swimming pool until the house is ready. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per Villa.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor and first floor, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, courtyard available.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is TV in the rooms without satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, a dining room is available.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Swimming pool opens from 1st May till 30th September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the airport and in Siena or Chiusi.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes at 10 min drive away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 100 km. Siena: 50 km. Pisa: 180 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Montefollonico at about 3 km, then Pienza at 7 km and Montepulciano at 10 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have this kind of service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is at about 1 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chiusi Chianciano Terme.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome, with the exception of exotic animals and serpent.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, the property is without restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
