San Giovanni is an independent villa of 254 sqm. which can host 10 people. It contains three apartments, each one with its own entrance, ali of them spacious and sunny, and offers wide open spaces where to relax, have meals and enjoy the countryside ali around. |
Apartment "La Loggia" on the ground floor can host 4 people. It is composed of a large kitchen-living room with fireplace and two double bedded rooms each one with en suite bathroom with stall shower.

 Apartment "Il Granaio" on the first floor can host 4 people. It is composed of a large kitchen-living room with fireplace, and two double bedded rooms each one with en suite bathroom with shower or bath-tub.
The annex "La Corte" can host 2 people. It is composed of a large kitchen-living room with fireplace and sofabed, a bathroom with stailiarge shower next to the kitchen andone bedroom with double bed upstairs. |
The decor is a perfect example of Tuscan style: brick floors, beamed ceilings, walls painted in soft paste I yellow and wooden country furniture. The large kitchen of the annex opens onto the inner courtyard with a large arch offering comfortable spaces for everyone to be together. |
 Villa Reggello
Villa Reggello is 210 sqm. Over two floors and can accomodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a very bright kitchen with fireplace, which opens onto the garden with two glass doors. An arch leads to the large living room with two couches and fireplace. Beyond that is a bedroom with two full-sized beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. |
 On the first floor there are three bedrooms: one has got two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower; another one has got a double bed and a huge en suite bathroom with bath-tub and separate large shower; the third bedroom has got a double bed, a bath-tub and a sink in the room, plus a separate en suite toilet room. |
