Pot roast
PREPARATION:
Take a fine piece of beef rump steak and put in a pot with
oil, minced onion, carrot, celery and 174 pound finely diced dried meat. Brown on all
sides and then add tomato sauce, a pinch of salt, herbs. Simmer for a couple of hours,
adding warm water from time to time. During the last hour of cooking, you may add dried
mush-rooms softened beforehand in water and cut into pieces. 2h20min.
