• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 04.00 pm to 08.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 10.30 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included. Our breakfast consists of bread, butter, honey, jam, cake, yoghurt with fresh fruit, fruit juice and to drink you can shell cappuccino, American coffee, espresso, tea, milk, chocolate_
  Extra: cheese, salted meat and tomatoes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can, but usually you pay at check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  All of us speak English, Marta speaks French and Miriam speaks German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have two upper floors, but no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they don't.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one room has a small and tiny balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  You can't smoke at our Inn; all rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has a TV, but no satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning. All rooms have fans in summer time.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there isn't.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it isn't. There is public parking at 200 m distant.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Lucca or at the airport of Pisa or Florence
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a mini market, some typical stores, a post office and a bank.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, Montecarlo is surrounded by vineyards.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 55 Km; Siena 100 Km; Pisa 35 Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest smaller towns are Altopascio and Pescia at 6 km, but Lucca and Montecatini are only 18 km far away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It's Pisa Aiport "G.Galilei" at 35 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we don't.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  300m from the Inn.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Altopascio and Pescia, 6 km. Montecatini, 9 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't, but nearby there are a lot of very good restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can't.
