• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: Saturday between 4 pm - 7 pm.
  Check-out: Saturday before 9 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  per Apt.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, all apartments are self providing.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide linen and towels once a week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The gardens that surround the Farm, are spacious, withtables and chairs provided for each apartment, as well as a barbecue area.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there are two swimming pools.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have parking inside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence railway station or at Florence/Pisa airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in La Romita, a little village close to Fattoria Querceto, there is a foodstuff shop that is open even on Sunday.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we have our own vineyards.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 30 km., Siena 40 km., Pisa 80 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The small village of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa is just 4 Kms away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence FLR, 33.6 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
