• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per apartment/room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included, and we propose a buffet breakfast: coffee, tea, milk fruit juice, hot bread and brioches, home made jam. On request we serve cheese and ham or salami.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, French, English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors, and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, very much.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There are no terraces, but there is a large garden around the Castle.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the apartment there is no television, in the B&B there is a TV only in the common living room. There are no international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Siena, we can give you more details.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes very close by, in Località Due Ponti.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 70 km, Pisa is about 150 km, Siena 3 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Siena.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we can organize it upon request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Due Ponti 1,200 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Siena.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but for a minimum of 4/6 persons it is possible sometimes to serve lunches or dinners.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
