• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: 13 (rooms) 17 (apartments)
  Check-out: 10 (both) Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room or apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price. The choice is between continental or american breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Rooms are located in the first floor.
  Small apartment ground floor, Big apartments ground and first floor. There is no lift in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in the double rooms, no extra charge. The apartments are not dotated.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a dining room but normally is for ceremonies.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes
• Is parking or garage available?
  The parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our guest can rent a car in the town of San Gimignano, 10 km from the resort.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, 5km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  50km, 40 km, 50km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Gambassi Terme, 5km.

• Which is the nearest airport?

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In the small village of Castagno, 800 mt from the accommodation.

  The nearest train station is Castelfiorentino (15 km),

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
