Parking is included in the price. Bed and bath linen is included in the price. Bed and bath linen change is every three days for guests staying in the rooms and once a week for guests staying in the apartments. Rooms daily cleaning is included in the price. Apartments final cleaning is included in the price, except for the kitchen and crockeries. Use of water, gas, heating, air conditioning and electricity is included in the price. Access to the outdoor swimming pools, pond and children's playground is complimentary.
Breakfast is not included in the price. The Italian breakfast costs EUR 6,00 whereas the American breakfast costs EUR 9,00 per person. |
