Facilities within the Estate

 
Outdoor Facilities: Area: 11 hectares of organic cultivation. Cultivation: Vineyards, Olive Grove, Ancient Fruits, Saffron, Old Varieties of Vegetables and Legumes.

Our Products: At the PODERE PRETOIA all the land is cultivated to respect nature, using the latest organic methods. Chianti and Vernaccia di S.Gimignano wine is the main product. We also produce and bottle Grappa, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Legumes. Saffron, a spice that in ancient times was produced and traded in great quantities in the S.Gimignano area, is also available. Our products can be bought directly at the farm or at NATURALIMENTA, a small shop supplying natural and typical Tuscan products, situated in the mediaeval small town of Colle Val d'Elsa, close to Poggibonsi.

The PODERE PRETOIA is situated on the hills, not very far from the two famous medieval towns: S. Gimignano and Certaldo which can both be seen from the windows of the Apartment.
