• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In: from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  Check Out: from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment, per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Only for the first morning breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments are on the ground floor and on the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some apartments have terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Canaiolo, Sangioveto, Roverusto and Mammolo apartment have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, we organize twice a week a dinner.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, it is at hte reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Florence or at the airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is at 10 Km, Siena is at 60 Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Grassina.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze' airport "Leonardo da Vinci" is at 20 km from the property.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 300 metres from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella railway station is at 14 km from the property.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
