 The Pratale estate receives its guests in two old manors, surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan country-side, with vineyards sloping gently down to wild shrubs, pines and cypress-trees.
The buildings has been completely restored and it is now divided into several independent apartments, all of which have a separate entrance and an open place in order to enjoy the quietness and the view of the landscape.

 The Apartments are provided with central heating for wintertime and with all the facilities of modern comfort, yet maintaining the typical Tuscan spirit and style with their furnishings which are typical of Tuscan country-houses. At the Fattoria guests can find a bowling lane, 2 swimming pools both for children and adults, a Laundromat, pay-phone, mountain bikes and TV-sets. |
 From Pratale, located on the hills near Florence and only fifteen minutes away from the city, many excursions can be made to the innumerable places of cultural and touristic interest; since the estate is not too far away from the highway Florence-Siena. In the village of Sambuca, 3 km away from Pratale, there are shops, arts & crafts studios and inns. In close proximity lies the ancient abbey of Badia a Passignano, worth seeing its cloister and crypt, dating back to the year 1000.

 The housekeepers are always in the villa and can help you for any needs. The produce is controlled by the A.I.A.B. (Italian Association of Organic Producersť and I. F. O. A. M. (International Federation of Organic Agricultural Movements). |
