• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: Saturday 16.00/19.00.
  Check-out:Saturday 9.00/10:00.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price given is the weekly rate of an apartment
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, all apartments are self providing.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We will try to satisfiy the request of the guests.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide linen and towels once a week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, there is a big garden with groups of chairs and tables.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there are swimming pools for both children and adults. Normally in use from May to mid September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have parking inside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence railway station or at Florence/Pisa airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, situated 2 km away from the villa; it sells typical tuscan products.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we have our own vineyards.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 30 km, Pisa 90 km, Siena 40 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Sambuca 3 km away, where you can find a bank and various shops.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

  In the village of Sambuca.
