 Fattoria Pratale is a pearl of the hospitality of the Chianti area divided into two diffrent estates: Pratale 1 and Pratale 2 connected with a country road of about 800 meters. The residential complex has a total of 22 independent apartments, tastefully furnished, that look out on the 2 swimming pools and on the vineyards of the valley below. Each apartment has its own space outside with table and chairs for the breakfast.
PRATALE 1
Apt.1 - 2 + 2 guests:
Ground floor. Living room with kitchen area, fire-place and sofa bed, 1 double-room, bathroom with shower, independent central heating.
Apt. 2 - 4 + 2 guests:
Ground floor. Living room with kitchen area and sofa bed, 2 double-rooms, bathroom with shower, independent central heating.
Apt. 3 - 2 + 2 guests:
Ground floor. Living room with kitchen area and sofa bed, 1 double-room, bathroom with shower, independent central heating.
Apt. 4 - 2 + 2 guests:
Ground floor. Living room with kitchen area and sofa bed, 1 double-room, bathroom with shower, independent central heating.
Apt. 5 - 4 + 2 guests:
First floor. Living room with kitchen area and sofa bed, 2 double-rooms, bathroom with shower, independent central heating. This apartment could be joined with apt.6 for a maximum of 10 guests.
