This famous sentence of Dante perfectly describes what Daniele and Elisa felt a few years ago when they found the place by chance, abandoned and forgotten since the beginning of the last century. |
 Vegetation had been overgrowing on the remaining walls of a XV century mill right in the middle of a medieval track between Lecchi and Gaiole in Chianti. The two of them were impressed by the special character of the place and decided to buy it. Daniele, a local craftsman in the building industry, has personally been carrying out the restructuring works. |
