• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: after 15.00 am and before 21.00 pm. Check-out: before 10.30 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our brekfast is continental/buffet and is included.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  No.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and beautifull.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of the rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have a telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have no swimming pool in the Hotel, but you can find a termal bath at 5 km. or a swimming pool at 15 km.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a big and quiet parking no keeped.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Siena at 17 km.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In the town (Castelnuovo Berardenga) you can find 2 supermarket.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
