| Parking is free of charge. Internet access is charged at EUR 3,00 per half hour. Dinners are not included in the room rate and cost approximately EUR 37,00 per person (excluding wine). Bicycles can be hired for a charge of EUR 6,00 per day. Laundry service is available for a charge of EUR 14,00 per serviced wash load (wash and hot air dry). Room servicing is included in the price for bed & breakfast rooms; if requested, the charge for a full apartment service is EUR 25,00. Breakfast is included in the bed & breakfast room rate only; apartment guests will be charged an additional EUR 13,00 per person. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
In the unfortunate event that you are unable to keep your booking for whatever reason, we shall return your deposit (or complete payment) in full provided you notify us in writing within 40 days of your proposed stay. Where notification of cancellation is received within less than 40 days prior to your stay, our policy is to make the following charges: 30 40 days 50% of the cost of your stay, and for cancellations received between 1 and 29 days 100%. of the cost of your reserved stay.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 720 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
