• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
  Check-out: within 10.00 am.
  Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Every apartment is self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is not included (to be paid on consumption). Every apartment has independent heating.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments are on the ground or on the first floor.
  There is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have quiet, private and romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are supplied by Fattoria Poneta.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Fattoria Poneta is surrounded by a large green space, furnished for the relax of our Guests.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In every apartment there is a TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in every apartment.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  On request we can supply.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but on request you can receive e-mail in the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. Our swimming pool measures 7 x 14 m and is placed between the olive trees.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Florence, Poggibonsi, Colle di Val d'Elsa.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, Fattoria Poneta is surrounded by vineyards. Here we produce Chianti wine and olive oil.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 40 km, Siena 35 km and Pisa 100 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Barberino Val d'Elsa or Poggibonsi.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Barberino Val d'Elsa.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Barberino Val d'Elsa or Poggibonsi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but you can make jogging in the large space of Fattoria Poneta.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but every kitchen of the apartments are well equipped. In the property there is also an old oven.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
