Wonderful welcome by Monica Rossi. As it was dark and raining when we arrived in Arezzo, she kindly came to town to meet us and guide us back to the house. We were very grateful! Monica had baked a delicious fruit tart for us too - which with the wine, olive oil and other goodies was part of her great welcome!

Most beautiful location and excepitionaly comfortable accommodation. Very good heating (for our November visit) as well as the open fires.

Monica and Iacopo were very kind and friendly. They gave us a book about Florence (our next destination) and a good discount on their lovely olive oil and honey to take away.

Wonderful views over the vineyards and olive groves to Arezzo. Is this not why we all want to visit Tuscany?!
Vegetable garden (Orto) and 'secret' garden by stream a little down the hill which would be lovely for a summer barbeque and for children to play.
A top class restaurant (Badia di Pomaio) 500m up the hill where we received a 10% discount on a superlative meal (best value during our stay!).

The most fantastic winter stay with warm-hearted and hard-working hosts. Two friendly labradors visited each morning and accompanied me for a walk one day. Our bedroom was the most palacial we have ever stayed in - what with the log fire, huge space and stunning views.

Since we came in from the east, the directions did not apply. We called Antico and Iacopo came to meet us. He was absolutely wonderful and helpful!!

We found the accomodations to be as good as described, but the location was even more beautiful than expected. The owners were most gracious, and supplied us with a large basket of fresh vegetables when they found out that we were interested!

Family members very friendly, considerate and accomodating.

The Rossi family have created a magnificent property and made us feel most welcome by their attentive and caring service. They graciously met our every need or request and went out of their way to make our two-week stay a wonderfully memorable one.

We were welcomed by the host Rossi family - not a receptionist! They are extraordinary, warm, wonderful people and hosts.

We had stayed here before and so were familiar with what to expect.

No negatives at all. The farm house offers a very beautiful, peaceful retreat as well as a launching point for great Tuscan sight seeing. Apart from going to get groceries, one need never leave the farm house to have a fantastic experience.

Beautiful landscape, very quiet and well maintained place, extremely nice and warm people. The place is well located and fit whatever the purpose of the stay: rest, tourism in Toscany and Umbria.

The on line directions were awful - we all got lost getting there and had to get people to drive us to the place...people were lost for over an hour.

The property was beyond our expectations - absolutely spectacular, secluded, wonderful. It was a dream location. The owners were so wonderful and helpful.

The property is such a gem - it was great that each bedroom had their own private bath which was very modern.
