• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: between 04.00 pm and 07.00 pm.

  The price indicated is per apartment, per room or per villa.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our guests will find on arrival all necessary to make it (coffee, milk, home-made honey, etc..).
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The final payment has to be paid 30 days before the day of arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  On ground or first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  "Il Nido" has a terrace-solarium. Some room overlook the lawn.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  "Il Nido" has a terrace-solarium.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the villa you will find a zone with TV, telephone.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room with fireplace and an ancient wood oven.

  Yes, a beautiful panoramic swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Arezzo, 5 km away.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  They are 5 km far from the estate.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  70 km Florence, 70 km Siena, 140 km Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The closest town is Arezzo 5 km far to the villa.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Perugia and Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Arezzo.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There are an external telephone line in some rooms and in other points of the estate.
