 This cottage can be host whether numerous family renting the entire villa or divided in more apartments (only in Low Season) for guests with different requirement. The privacy is garantiteed, both the different situation by the numerous access indipendently.
Double room "Il Nido", (2 guests). Is a double - room with the own bathroom and it is situated on the second level the cottage. Two different free approach links up: solarium-terrace that faces the valley and the lawn who particularly in summer months may be used one hour of the day with the space Inside the hearth and the warm colours the old birck hand made, gives "Nido" very hospitable. |
 Apartment "I Cipressi", (2+2 Guests). It is an appartament of about 100 mq proper to offer hospitality to 6 people. It is composed of 2 double room, a big bathroom, a toilette, kitchen, diningroom-living room and a loggia that faces the valley offering a wonderfull panoramic view. There is a soppalco where we can add 2 extra bed. |
 Apartment "Ginepro", (4+2 guests). The apartment disposed on two levels: has two double room with own bath-room and can to give hospitality four-six persons without difficulty. The room situated on the first floor communicating with the small garden which degrade sweetly about the swimming pool. Another double room is higher level; the "soppalco" made up by the wood: it is very particular room. In the "disimpegno" adjacent: there is a sofa-bed can be used another two people. On the level ground, the day-zone is established by the living room, dining room, and the functional kitchen. If necessary this apartment can to link together the "Nido" room: the six people can to sleep here.

 Apartment "Il Pino", (2+2 Guests). This is a 50mq appartament meant to offer hospitality to 2 person. The appartament is placed on the ground floor,it has an indipendent entrance and it is composed of a big double room with bathroom, kitchen, diningroom-livingroom with a sofa-bed that eventually offeres the possibility for a third person or for 2 kids to have a place where to sleep. |
 Apartment "La Poiana", (4 guests). Is the ideal apartment to give hospitality to four persons. Dislocated on two levels, across with the large and comfortable staircase, has one that the double room with the bathroom at the first floor where enter immediate on the garden a exclusive use and the swimming pool; the dining room with the hearth, oven a wood, and the corner cooking, communicating with the outside loggia and the garden. In the day-zone there is another service-laundry. On the upper level the night-zone there is the double room with heart and own bathroom. The room enjoys a wonderful view on the valley: the large fixtures round arch. If necessary the apartments can be linked together the "Nido" room: can to give hospitality until six persons. |

The structure disposed in two levels a total of 250 sq.m about, it has five double room with own bathrooom, and a sofa bed for a total of twelve place bed. The day-zone has: a large dining room, with heart and oven at wood which enter directly in the living-room and in the large kitchen another there is a service-laundry. |
