Mr. Marini welcomed us, he explained us everything we needed to know, about the appartement, the garden and swimmingpool, the openinghours of his shop. He gave us very good advice regarding the restaurants and the interesting places to be.

A very nice place to spend your hollidays, especially when you are looking for some real relaxing time by the pool.

We took the bus to Poggio Primo from Arezzo, but a woman on the bus was very helpful. She had the bus driver call Poggio Primo and had the proprietor come and pick us up in Fibocchi. He was very accomodationg.

the only down side was that we were never sure when we would have hot water for a shower or washing the dishes. Also, we had to always ask for toilet paper as there was not a large supply in room. With 5 American women we definitely needed it. They made us feel very comfortable and at home.

The only drawback was that for us that wanted to use a charge card we had to follow the elder gentleman to the office in town. They gave us the choice of our welcome package at the beginning or end of our stay, which was nice. We chose to take it at the end.

That english is not one of the main languages spoken. The son spoke English, but he was not always there.

A little slice of heaven. From the pool you looked over the valley full of olive groves and vineyards.

Outside area is very spacious, and well presented - with lots of facilities - boules, table tennis, plenty of sitting areas etc. The swimming pool is a very good size.

Very enjoyable place to relax. Very quiet and peaceful. Appartments tend to get very hot but having the swimming pool obviously helps. Very well presented place, a great deal of thought has obviously gone into it. Very strongly recommend it.
