Being English we are used to a kettle to heat water for tea or coffee, and needed one to sterilise the bottles for our baby but all that they provided was a very large pan or a very small coffee percolator. I asked for a kettle but was told there weren't any. It would be useful to have a kettle.

Very nice and relaxing atmosphere with an excellent pool, good accommodation and close to the beach and towns. Very good for families wanting a quiet holiday away from the crowds.

The staff were not available on-site at all times. This was a concern when we locked ourselves out of the room and had some difficulty contacting them to resolve the situation. They should have provided a contact number for such emergencies.

A nice place to spend your vacations. Rooms clean and obviously restaurated with great effort. The fact that there is no terrace especially for each appartement is compensated by nice places in the garden to sit in the evening and have a glass of wine.

Poggio alle Forche was nice only the noise from the Via Aurelia and the road behind the apartment was very loud and disturb us behind the night.

some items that were not provided that would have been useful: tea-kettle, teapot, towels for drying dishes in kitchen, mop for washing dishes, detergent for washing dishes, soap in bathroom, fly swatter, mosquito spray. extra towel racks in bathroom. Room was in excellent condition; furniture and decoration very pleasing and comfortable. We would recommend to others. Note: We stayed in the lower farmhouse which was convenient for us.

Very well renovated and modernized traditional Tuscan farmhouse with modern comfortable amenities and accommodation. beautiful views of countryside. Outdoor swimming pool and barbecue area. Convenient to small town for shopping and restaurants.
