• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: Saturday 17.00 p.m. - 20.00 p.m.
  Check out: Saturday until 10.00 a.m.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per Apt.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartments are self-catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can, but we'd prefer at the check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are. We will furnish linen and towels, which are changed once a week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in all the apartments.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes there is (16X8 mt.).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking inside Poggio alle Forche for 28 cars.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Follonica, in Grosseto or at Pisa and Rome Airports.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes. They are in Riotorto (2 km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are our vineyards.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 160 km, Siena 105 km, Pisa 105 and Lucca 120 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village are: Riotorto (2 km), Venturina (9 km), Piombino (17 km) and Follonica (7 km), where you can find banks, post-offices and various shops.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa PSA, 105.5 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Follonica (7 km) and Campiglia Marittima (9 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
