Accommodations

The Poggio alle Forche holidays house consists of a main and a minor buildings together with other smaller dependances to use as changing, bath and shower rooms, warehouse or storage rooms. Everything lies in the middle of a large garden with hundred-years-old olive trees and eucalyptus leading to the swimming pool (16 mt x 8 mt) surrounded by an area where you can have relaxing and sunbathing. All the apartments are provided with telephone, satellite T.V. system and independent heating. Air conditioning available in a few apartments

Apartments:

Apt. 101/102 ca. 50 sq.m. (2+1 beds): Both with independent access on the ground floor of the main building. Living room with dining table, double bed, sofa bed, closets; kitchen corner with refrigerator; bath room with shower. Apt. 102 has a beautiful panorama on the gulf of Follonica.

Apt. 103 ca. 35 sq.m. (double bed): Independent access on the ground floor of the main building. Living room with dining table, double bed, closets; kitchen corner with refrigerator; bath room with shower and disabled facilities. Panorama on Follonica gulf.

Apt. 104/105 ca. 60 sq.m. and 55 sq.m. respectively (2+3 beds): Both with double independent access on the ground floor of the main building. Living room with dining table, double sofa bed; kitchen corner with refrigerator; bed room with double bed plus chair bed and closets; bath room with shower. Apt. 104 with disabled facilities. Both Apt. with panorama on Follonica gulf.

Apt. 106 ca. 100 sq.m. (4+5 beds): The largest apt of the main building with double independent access on ground floor. Large living room with dining table sitting 10 people, double sofa bed plus chair bed; kitchen corner with refrigerator; middle section with two chair beds and closets; night section with one double bed each; two bath rooms with shower. Panorama on Follonica gulf.

Apt. 107/110 ca. 65 sq.m. (2+3 beds): Sharing staircase access on first floor of the main building. Living room with dining table, large open fire place, double sofa bed; kitchen corner with refrigerator; bed room with double bed plus chair bed and closets; bath room with shower.

Apt. 112/114 ca. 58 sq.m. (2+3 beds): Sharing staircase access on second floor of the main building. Living room with dining table, double sofa bed; kitchen corner with refrigerator; bed room with double bed plus chair bed and closets; bath room with shower. Both apt with panorama on Follonica gulf.

Apt. 111/115 ca. 65 sq.m. (2+3 beds): Sharing staircase access on second floor of the main building. Living room with dining table, large open fire place, double sofa bed; kitchen corner with refrigerator; bed room with double bed plus chair bed and closets; bath room with shower.

Apt. 201/202/203/204 ca. 45 sq.m. (2+2 beds): They all have independent access on the ground floor of the minor building. Living room with dining table, double sofa bed; kitchen corner with refrigerator; bed room with double bed and closets; bath room with shower. All have view of Follonica gulf.

Apt. 205/206 ca. 45 sq.m. (2+2 beds): They both have independent access on the first floor of the minor building. Living room with dining table, double sofa bed; kitchen corner with refrigerator; bed room with double bed and closets; bath room with shower. Both have view of Follonica gulf.
