A friendly and nice place in the beautiful scenery of Toscany. Friendly people around you will comfort your stay. The right place to relax for it is aside of the tourists streams though you will reach all the interessting points (Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Voltera, Siena, etc.) within an hours drive.

The accomodations were super! The countryside was beautiful, the only problem was that we had to go back home so soon. We really enjoyed our stay and have recommended it to others.

Perfectly located in the hills of Tuscany. Very nice, clean, cute apartments. We were extremely satisified with our choice to stay there.

We were disappointed that the accommodation was not in the main property photographed on the website. Our accommodation was nearly 1 Klm away in the village. To use the pool would mean a long walk or drive. Also our accommodation was not as attractive and not the beautiful views pictured on the website.

As stated above. Website should make it clear that not all accommodation is located at the main property. Also located near a church that plays bells loudly twice daily. On the positive side, there are two excellent restaurnts nearby.

Comfortable, attractive, in a good location, not too far from shops. Very friendly and helpful staff. Noisy at times with church bells and under flight- path into Florence.

We really enjoyed our stay not only because it is beautiful there (landscape, accommodation, outside pool) but also because Silva (receptionist) gave us some good recommendations and she even called a local artist about his opening hours and directions to his shop/workshop.

It was a wonderful setting in a very easily accessible area. We flew locally from Enmgland to Pisa which is very convenient and makes staying in Tuscany very attractive.

Wonderful setting, great scenery and very easy to get to the sights of Pisa, Florence and San Giminiano. The accommodation is clean, spacious and modern.
One slight drawback - the hardness of the beds!

We arrived prior to check-in time and in spite of being too early the owner was very helpful and tried her best to accomodate us as soon as possible.

Very beautiful surroundings, very helpful owner.
We stayed at Casa Diomira, which was situated in a cottage app 200 meters from the main property. The flat was nicely furnished, clean and spacious (for two). The kitchen was well equiped, we did not miss a thing.
The only 'burden' had been mosquitos. However, the owner provided a little device that we pluged in during the night which helped to eliminate them.

Beautiful property, excellent wine, convenient location for exploring the region, good value for money -- great vacation.

We did have to wander around and look for someone to check us in, but once we found the proprietor of our place, she was extremely friendly and helpful.

It would be helpful if the proprietor had a set time when she is always available at the reception area as we often had to look around and come back later to find someone to answer questions or help us.
The place was fabulous and absolutely breathtaking...a dream!

What a bargain! Our favorite and least expensive place in Italy. They did charge for extra towels and so we opted to just let ours dry out and didn't get new ones.

We loved the fact that they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine from the farm and then when we went to several local restaurants, they served the wine from Fattoria Poggio Capponi! What a treat!
We purchased the wine, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar to bring home.

A fabulous place and a great bargain. I actually just recommended it to someone going to Italy in Sept.

The vineyard is breathtaking and the apartments are great. The host's need to work on their hospitality. They were not friendly, and almost made you feel unwelcome. We wondered if they really didn't want people renting their rooms. We would suggest that they ask their guests if 'anything is needed or is everying to your satifaction? The laundry facilities need to be upgraded. The washer barely works. Also the coffee maker in our room quit working, and was never replaced. Also, it would be nice if toilet paper and soap were provided.

Fattoria Poggio Capponi is a amazing beautiful place to stay. There is a lot to do in the area. We rented a car and visited many town's in Tuscany. It is truly a outstanding area to be in, but I would not recommend it to a friend. The staff were too unfriendly and unwelcoming.

We had booked for 6 days (paid for 7 as this was the minimum) but didn't get a very warm reception on arrival because we arrived Sun afternoon not Sat and there was no one in the office - we had to make a phone call and were made to feel like we were a bit of a nuisance.

The owners need to provide either fans in the bedrooms or insect screens on the windows so that it is possible to sleep at night without being eaten by mosquitoes.
Beds very hard.
Lovely setting, nice pool.
Spacious.
Problem with shower in both apartments.

If reception is open only at particular hours for guests to check in it should be stated.

I would recommend it if there were fans or insect screens provided but also warn that the beds are very hard.
