• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is included. We serve buffet breakfast on our covered terrace, with it's breathtaking view. There is fresh bread and rolls, cereals and yoghurt, pastries and homemade sweets as well as local cheese, ham and salami. Not to forget the excellent coffee and cappuccino!
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes. There is central heating and in addition there is also individual air conditioning which can provide heat.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, except for the services we provide during the week, for example dinners, drinks, laundry and ticket reservation.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Five rooms are on the ground floor with direct exit onto the garden, three rooms are on the first floor and the Junior Suite is on two levels. There are no elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each room is independent. Our rooms are peaceful and private, ideal for a romantic stay.
  
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are provided, also for the pool.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One room has a terrace and another one has a private sitting area. However our garden inmidst of lavender, rosebushes and olive trees is on several levels and offers many cozy spots.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has satellite TV with CNN, Fox, ZDF, RAI Uno, Italia 1.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms do have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms do have individual air conditioning which is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Our small restarant serves Tuscan specialities and snacks for lunch and dinner. Closing day is wednesday but we may suggest interesting restaurants in the area.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but you can connect your modem from the room. Be sure to have the number of your provider. There is an internet point in the nearby town of S. Casciano (2 km)
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our big swimming pool (18x8 mt, with diving board) is in a sunny spot until late at evening. Open frum dusk to dawn.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private, shadowed parking area.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many car hire firms in Florence and at all airports and railway stations.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  You will find a well furnished supermarket and grocery stores in the nearby town of S. Casciano (2 km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  The property is in the Chianti Classico region, and offers possibility of excellent wine tours to world renowned cellars as well as to newly emerging not yet famous producers.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  the famous art cities of Tuscany are all in easy reach: Florence 15 km, Siena 50 km, Pisa 84 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Casciano in Val di Pesa (2 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport,named "Peretola" or "Amerigo Vespucci"
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There is a door to door taxi service upon reservation.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus-stop at 50 mt, with busses running from and to Florence.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence (Firenze SMN).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, however there are a number of gyms in the town. Here there are various walks and cycling tours our guests can explore.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a small restaurant at the property which serves Tuscan specialities.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
