• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: on Saturday between 16.00 pm and 19.00 pm. Check-out: on Saturday before 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The given prices are for the whole apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and a bit of German.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All flats are in country style and they are all original.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linen and towels are provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each flat has its private space outside (including sun chairs and table, barbecue and bersot).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in each flat.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, 16x8 meters on three water levels.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Florence or at Pisa/Florence Airports.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There's a bar-grocery at 15 minutes walking.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 35 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The closest town, Borgo San Lorenzo, is about 7km from the estate.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence FLR, 22.2 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Borgo S.Lorenzo.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
