• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Only for the double room the breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  During the winter the heating is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Little bit English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floor without elevator, the rooms are located on ground floor suitable for handicapped people.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all this area is very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, all linens and towels are included.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, all our double rooms have a private garden.
  Only the Casina Apartment has a private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they don't.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV, but without a Satellite Channels.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning.
  
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dinning room in every apartment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  On request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, the swimming pool equipped with tables, chairs and desk-chairs.
  
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, large and sicure parking is available inside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Florence or Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, grocery, superstore, post office, food market and chemist.
  
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we are located in the Chianti valley.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 15 km, Siena 20 km, and Pisa 60 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Casciano and Tavernelle.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence 15 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but it's possible on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just in from the farmhouse's gate.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poggibonsi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry pets not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant from May to October.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
